Juicing Spinach: Spinach Juice Recipe

Who would like fresh juice with spinach in it? Anyone? Well, my Princess is into it! She loves fresh juice with spinach thrown in. Not only that but she really loves helping make the juice each morning. My daughter is such a good helper! (Can’t you just hear The Wonder Pets singing about teamwork right now? No just me? Ok, then.) We resurrected the ole Juice Man Jr. from the cupboard we never open (you know the one right?). This week we have been making fresh juice.

Spinach Juice Cocktail

• 1 apple
• 1 orange
• handful of baby carrots
• handful of spinach

{This recipe is loved by us all and we use organic produce too!}

Voila! A great tasting fresh juice even a 3 year old loves! I am so thankful that she loves this juice! At this age she is getting so picky. At least I know she is getting some more servings of fruits and vegetables each day. Do you have a picky child? Try juicing some produce for that child!
