Last night I made patriotic fruit kabobs with my Princess for our family’s 4th of July party. Of course, being the forgetful mom that I am, I didn’t snap a photo. I was inspired by this post from Around My Family Table. Here’s another great fun idea we’ve done. I could just add some blueberries and these kabobs would be quite patriotic!
I am so thankful for all the crafty people online. I get such great holiday ideas. My daughter LOVED making them with mommy and eating them of course was even more fun!
We also made sugar cookies {though not quite as nice as the ones above}. Sugar cookies are a regular item that I bring to family dinners. Everyone loves them and they are easy to make.
Do you have a favorite go-to dessert?
We are hosting family this week, including 3 small kids. My Princess is so happy to have her cousins staying with us. We want to make lots of fun foods to share with them. So of course, I scoured the internet for fun, easy food ideas. And I was not disappointed by what I found.
