I really and truly suffer from allergies. I have a prescrition spray that doesn’t work, but maybe the odd time, or I will buy pills, or another nasal spray. What I find that works a little longer than sprays and pills, is when in the shower, inhale warm water through your nose at least twice. This will usually last me a good 4 hours!!

Yes, unfortunately both me and my hubby suffer from allergies….my step daughter too. One of the best things to help a little is consuming local honey. You can usually buy local honey at the farmers market, or some stores….but make sure it’s local to your area. Keep the windows and doors closed, despite how nice a nice breeze feels to keep it from blowing pollen inside, use air purifiers, change your air filters regularly, vacuum every day….those are just a few things we do here. Ive used these mini drops for years, love them and keep them in my purse, in the car, and in the house for easy access regardless of where I am….would love To try these other products from the line! Thanks for the chance to win!
