So this month, I have been back on track with a healthier lifestyle. I want to lose weight. But, I also want to be more healthy. With two children underfoot, I want to give them a good example in healthy eating and maintaining a healthy weight. So I am doing it. Again.
After baby number two came, getting rid of the weight has not been as easy. Maybe, since I am older than I was with baby number one (five years older!), it isn’t coming off as easily. Or maybe it is because I have not really put my heart into it this time. Either way, I am going to figure it out and make the necessary changes.
To help me with this journey, I decided to not just rely on myself. And I will not just rely on counting points. But this time I will also involve God into my healthy lifestyle journey. Duh, right?
I have joined the Made to Crave online Bible Study.And this time, my weight loss will be different. I did it on my own 5 years ago. But it didn’t stick, I am now almost two sizes larger. This time, working with the Lord, I will be more victorious.
