Did you know that Kmart was the top partner working for the awesome charity March of Dimes? I didn’t know that until recently. March of Dimes supports the health of moms and babies – so I am very interested, as a mother, in this charity. In fact, in 2014 alone, $11 million was donated to the March of Dimes March for Babies® annual event! For 32 years, Kmart has partnered with March of Dimes and raised over 125 million! I think this is fantastic.

Kmart Partners with Jillian Michaels

To kick off the 2015 fundraising season, Kmart has partnered with fitness icon Jillian Michaels. Long time Kmart supporter, and a mom herself, Michaels will be helping Kmart raise funds for testing and treatment of prematurity at March of Dimes Prematurity Research Centers.
You can also help! Now through June 20th here are three ways you can also support March of Dimes:

- Donate online at kmart.com/marchofdimes
- Purchase the March of Dimes collectible puppy ($5) and Kmart will donate $1 for every puppy purchased

I love that Kmart is helping us help the March of Dimes just by shopping! It’s sad that we need the March of Dimes but I’m glad we have them.
Kmart was this biggest store in the town I grew up in. My mother bought all of our school clothes there. I loved the blue light specials.

I love Jillian Michaels and her spirit. She is really tough and firm, but deep down it’s because she has a big heart and cares so much about getting healthier! Kmart always has everything from clothes to home that I need, there’s no need to go elsewhere!
My first born babies (twin girls) were born premature while I was stationed in Iraq. Organizations like the March of Dimes is outstanding!
March of Dimes is so important in the fight for prevention of premature babies. It’s great that Kmart is helping the cause.
This is important because me and my triplet siblings were born early by three months.
Kmart was the big store in my town when I was little. My mom did all of our back-to-school shopping there. I loved their blue light specials.

I like KMart’s clearance sales. With 3 kids, those clearance racks really help when it comes time for back-to-school shopping.
As a pediatric nurse practitioner I work in the neonatal intensive care unit with our premature infants. I sincerely appreciate the efforts of the March of Dimes and all the corporate sponsors as K-Mart that support their research, education and programs that are so important
Jillian Michaels is so inspiring I would love to have the chance to have her kick my butt sometime! And Kmart is my top choice between them and Walmart. Rewards and double coupons…how can you go wrong?
March of Dimes is on of the organizations I continually support. I participate in an annual bike ride sponsoring the March of Dimes.

Just recently, the only Kmart we had in our area was closed down 🙁 It was in an area that wasn’t very easy to travel to.
My 30-weeker is now three and doing great, thanks in part to March of Dimes. We did the March for Babies a couple of years ago and need to do it again!
When I was younger (like 9 or 10, I think), I remember joining a team to walk and raise money for the March of Dimes. My picture got taken for the newspaper. As I got older, I thought I looked like such a dork wearing a headband, but I was so proud to be doing something for a good cause.
My nephew was born two months premature, and was very tiny. He is now 17, has only one kidney, and is doing great!
What a great and worthy cause, the March of Dimes. I love how Kmart helps bring awareness.
I think it is a great idea for corporations to get involved with charities.
