A quick and easy crinkle cookie recipe made using a chocolate cake mix. They’re going to be a hit! Make a batch today. They are so easy! Only four ingredients — you can’t beat that.
Chocolate Cake Mix Crinkle Cookies
Ingredients:
- Chocolate Cake Mix
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1⁄2 cup powdered sugar
Chocolate Crinkle Cookies Directions
1. You will want to mix the cake mix, eggs, and oil together in a mixing bowl. {It will be a thicker batter, it is supposed to be, so don’t worry!}
2. Then you will want to put your dough in the fridge for at least 2 hours. This will help give the cookies a light fluffy texture.
3. When dough has chilled, take it out and roll into small balls.
4. Roll the balls in the powdered sugar, I just put the sugar into a small bowl. Coat the balls generously in the sugar.
5. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. You will want them to be a little firm, still soft though. Baking time does vary, so just watch closely.
So easy! Enjoy!
