Our family loves having new books to read for family worship. This Storybook Bible from Rick Warren is a great addition to our Bible library. I love that this book is written for kids but has been inpsired by Warren’s book The Purpose Driven Life. My husband and I loved that book! These stories help children understand their own purpose in the world and that God has a plan for them. A great big plan!
Each of the 40 stories begins with a great introduction, has beautiful illustrations, and a Bible story, then ends with three important conclusions for kids to ponder:
- Think – one statement that encapsulates the Bible story
- Remember – A great Bible verse from the story
