It is no secret that our family eats mostly meatless meals. We are officially pescatarians – the only meat we eat is fish. But we don’t eat fish daily or weekly. We probably eat fish bi-weekly though. So finding great meatless recipes is always a bonus for our family.

I like having meatless meals at least twice a week because it is healthy and I like saving money on not having to eat meal all the time. I like Morning Star products and have used the sausage in omelets.

We love their sausage in omelets, scrambles, and on egg muffins. So tasty!

We don’t eat meatless very often, but I do like the idea of it. These are some great choices.

I wish my husband would eat meatless meals. He says “if it doesn’t have meat it’s not filling.” One of these days I’ll make one that he can’t tell is meatless! So far, no luck.

My husband is much more healthy about his food choices than I am. That’s a good thing too. He is sometimes my conscience.
