In September of 2010, my husband was looking at what we were spending on our cell phone bill and did some research. He found a wireless company, Straight Talk Wireless, that offered what we needed for a much lower price. We started saving $40 every month on our cell phone bill! In one year that is a $480 savings. For four years that we’ve been with them we’ve saved $1,920! That’s a lot of money.
We are thankful we made the switch to Straight Talk Wireless!
So how much is 3GB of data really?
- 105 hours of Pandora
- 2,460 webpage views
- 41,900 emails
- 1,920 Flickr image uploads
- 153 hours of Facebook browsing
- 85 hours of Google Maps usage
That’s pretty awesome, isn’t it?
What are you spending on your cell phone service? The holidays can be financially tight for many. Maybe it is time for your family to make the switch to Straight Talk Wireless. Wouldn’t you love to save significant amounts of money like our family? You can get the same smart phones as other carriers, (my husband has an iPhone), use the same networks, but without the over-priced plan!

That’s a pretty amazing deal! I had no idea 3 gigs of data could give me so much.

This is really cool to see the breakdown. I didn’t realize how small of a data amount emails used compared to other things. The list of things doesn’t add up as quickly as I thought it would which is a nice surprise.

That is an awesome deal. I only have 2gb on my plan, but I don’t even use that up.

I have heard of Straight Talk Wireless but don’t believe I have read any reviews about it. It is nice to know there is a service that is affordable and you don’t have to skimp on what you need. Very impressive.
