This is a sponsored post with UP Faith & Family. All opinions are mine alone.
This month, we’ve talked with Isabella twice about why we don’t watch certain stations and television shows. She understands as well as an 8 year old can, but she admittedly feels left out when the kids in school talk about their favorite shows. I can relate to her struggle. I went through the exact issue when I was a girl.
As a Christian mom, I know it can be difficult to find entertainment and programming that aligns with my own personal faith and values. When I was a girl, there weren’t a lot of options and the options available were not as well done as they are now. As an Amazon Prime costumer, I have found an amazing station that I can feel comfortable with the whole family watching.

Awesome! I love Christmas movies…too bad it’s so warm in Georgia it still feels like summer. Thanks for sharing!!

We’ve been around 60 degrees here, Kelly. It’s cooled off enough for sweaters, leggings and boots. It’s never too early for Christmas movies!

We love watching Heartland on the UP tv network. This is great to know they’re on Amazon Prime too!!

What a great idea. I always say, from a health standpoint, when you take something away you have to substitute with something. So instead of NO it is not this but this. Great post!

I would love to watch The Perfect Gift a Christmas movie. I love hot chocolate, lit tree and watching Christmas movies.

The link to your Instagram and Pinterest seems to not work. I coudn’t find a LWFI board on Pinterest.
LaVonne says
That’s strange. It works for me. It is linked to the correct links. Here is Instagram: http://instagram.com/lavonnelong and here is my board on Pinterest: http://pinterest.com/lavonnelong/long-wait-for-isabella-blog/.

Pinterest worked today, but something is really, really weird. I can’t find your Instagram account at all when I am logged into my own account. I logged into my daughter’s and it worked just fine. I tried both Internet Explorer and Firefox — wouldn’t work on either. So I used her Instagam account to like the photo (Jennai74). I have no idea what that’s all about.
LaVonne says
That is so strange. IG has been wonky the last couple days. Not sure what’s going on. I double checked the link in the Rafflecopter form and it is correct. I’ll investigate a bit more.

We’ve had UP on our Roku for a few months now and love it!

The ability to weed out the bad is something I wish some streaming services offered. I just noticed this subscription option on Amazon the other day and need to take another look.

I would also like to see the movie called 1 Message on the site.

How great! I’ve never heard of this but will check into it. We are always looking for good clean entertainment.

I’ve been wanting to watch the American Bible Challenge myself. Those children memorize more Scripture and are able to recall things a whole lot easier than this 32 year old can.
