Reading is a requirement in our house. Thankfully, both of my kids love to read. Well, Isabella loves reading books. Nate still loves being read to. What’s funny is, Nate is a better reader at 7 than Bella was. But, he prefers to be read to.
Do you have book lovers in your house?
Our local public library is our friend this summer. It’s so lovely to visit and check out stacks of books. I’ve even added a library app and been checking out audio books for me. I just need to make more time in my life to read and listen to books. It’s important for my kids but it’s also important for me to read.
