My kids love their screens: tablets, phones, and game systems. I don’t mind them being on their technology devices, especially in the summer, but I do have some screen rules, including limits. What kind of screen time limits do you have at your home?
They don’t like when I implement any screen time limits, but they are usually on board when I have a plan and good reasoning skills. Thankfully, both of my kids do like to do other things besides screen time, including play, crafts, cooking, reading, getting outside, and family games.

What would you add or change to this list?
After five items checked, I am sure that I’d let my son have some screen time, and then after the other five, he’d be much more free in the summer to use his technology devices. He currently is watching Trolls, playing Minecraft, and playing Roblox. What are your kids’ favorite things to do on screens?
