I love using protein powder in smoothies. Honestly, that’s what I have been using it for since July of last year. Green smoothies have been a favorite go-to drink for me in the morning. They are filling and even more so with added protein powder. My husband just mixes his with water and drinks it before and after working out. I am supposed to use whey protein powders. I like them the best in smoothies, but being able to put them in yogurt sounds good.
