Easy candy recipes are a must for the holiday season in my book. There’s nothing quite as easy, or tasty as a chocolate caramel candy recipe (aka Rolo Stuffed Ritz Candy). Chocolate, caramel, and a salty cracker? It’s delicious and easy — exactly what you should give your neighbors, co-workers, friends and family!

Chocolate Caramel Candy Ingredients:
Just two simple ingredients — you can’t go wrong.
How to Make Chocolate Caramel Candy:
1. Lay out a layer of Ritz crackers on a cookie sheet, salt side down.
2. Place 1 Rolo in the center of each cracker.
3. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 3-5 minutes. You just want them to melt and become soft.
4. Then take another cracker and place on top of the Rolo and push down.
5. Serve and enjoy this salty and sweet treat!
{Note: You can make as many or as little as you want. So make as many as you want at one time!}
