My Review:
With the upcoming baby, this book is exactly what I needed. I appreciate the helpful advice that Kristine Carlson gives mothers. It is not only helpful but practical as well.
My favorite three chapters are:
- Practice Breathing Before You Speak
- Your Home is Your Haven
- Peace of Mind: A Sanctuary Inside
I am a bit nervous about having two in the home and staying calm and patient. I am working on it. This book really is a great resource and help. It is perfect for Mother’s Day or any day!
