Milk baths are a luxurious way to care for your skin. Cleopatra was said to use milk and honey baths to achieve her historically famous complexion. The lactic acid in milk is a form of alpha-hydroxy-acid which breaks down the dead skin on your body helping it wash away leaving your skin soft and smooth. While you can buy milk bath products it is just as easy to make them at home and you can have full control over what goes into your milk bath.
