As we get closer to St. Patrick’s Day, it’s a great time to set aside time to write down all the blessings that God has given me. Practicing gratitude is good for your mental health and when you can involve your kids – even better. Start good habits together with your kids now. Being thankful for the things you have is a great place to start.
I will give thanks to you, Lord, with all my heart; I will tell of all your wonderful deeds.
Psalm 9: 1
Printable Gratitude Journal Page
To help with developing the practice of gratitude, I want to share with you a free printable journaling page. I love journaling, especially faith-based journaling. So here’s a cute St. Patrick’s Day themed journal page.
I’m not lucky, I’m blessed!
Color and write in the boxes all the things that God has blessed you with. You might need to prompt your kids a bit. Mention big and small things we can all be thankful for. Encourage them to think outside the box.
Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever.
