We love getting free toothbrushes. Who doesn’t, right? But the ones we get from our local dentist are just not “fun” like some of the ones we see on the store shelves. Don’t you think a new fun toothbrush would make a great stocking stuffer? I sure do! We bring our Princess to the dentist office twice per year for a teeth cleaning. She loves going to the dentist because we started her visits at the age of 1. Good oral care is important to our family, so a new toothbrush is not a bad idea at all for a Christmas gift.
I went to my local Walmart to find a great new toothbrush that would also make a perfect stocking stuffer idea. This holiday season Colgate is offering their Colgate Holiday Packs featuring Dora the Explorer and SpongeBob SquarePants at an affordable price. Not only is it time for us to get a new toothbrush for my Princess but these holiday packs from Colgate will fit perfectly in our stocking for Christmas.
We need new stockings this year now that we have our Little Man. I want to go with a fun red stocking. {That will have to be for a different shopping trip though.}
The Colgate Holiday Packs have to be popular this year. They just came out this last week and they are almost all gone! Thankfully, the Dora the Explorer Colgate Holiday Pack is still in stock at my local Walmart. This display was right on the end cap on the aisle where our other toothbrushes and toothpaste are sold.
There are so many non-candy stocking stuffer ideas for kids. Colgate Holiday Packs really makes it easy for moms who don’t want to give their child a stocking full of candy and small toys. This is a practical gift that can be used any time of year and it is so affordable. I love that Colgate offers this for moms like me during the holiday season. My Princess will LOVE her Dora the Explorer Holiday Pack. She is not just getting a regular toothbrush either. These holiday packs include a powered toothbrush and 2 Energizer batteries!
Every year, on Black Friday, we put up our Christmas tree and holiday decorations. It is such a fun time for us. So this year, the Colgate Holiday Pack featuring Dora the Explorer will fit so nicely in my Princess’ stocking. {Yes, I am still buying new stockings…}
What other non-candy stocking stuffers do you get your children? I’d love some new ideas!

Our family tradition has been to always put an orange in the toe of the stocking. I have a 2yr old and a 4yr old. My 2 yr old is getting a Mickey Mouse car with Mickey himself and my 4 yr old is getting some play mobile action figures or mini sets to go in his. The boys will get some matchbox cars and probably some trains in their stockings. Everyone in our family seems to think they need candy so we shy away from that. Small toys that go with other toys that the kids are getting are usually what we put in their stocking. Maybe even hand made coupons for special trips and special dates with family will be made too.

My parents always gave us a toothbrush in our stocking and I thought that was awesome! I love carrying on this tradition! Yay for clean teeth! 🙂

All I ever got in my stocking was a lump of coal! Those toothbrush packs look super fun. I know some adults that would like a Spongebob toothbrush

I always fill my child’s stocking with essentials like this. It’s such a great way to get them excited about brushing their teeth. I fill her stocking with chapstick, perfume, and nail polish too.

My kids would love the Dora toothbrushes. As much as I don’t like all the advertising, if using a cute character on a tootbrush helps them brush then I am all for it.

We don’t really put candy in the stockings. We stick with small toys like Little People figurines, Hot Wheels cars and other small toys. Plus the traditional apple and orange and one homemade candy cane from the local candy store.
