We arrived safely this week to New Orleans. Our first stop in 2012. We have not been here before, so I am excited to have a city to explore and also to see lives changed by hearing the Gospel. Our flight was pretty easy. Other than my lower back hurting on the 5 hour (2 planes) flight, it was quite nice. The DirectTV on board made the time "fly" by. My Princess stayed very quiet and good with her new iPad. Only once, did she embarrass me, which is pretty good. She looked at the older (quite … [Read more...]

Wow!Then the following night, while watching the late night news, my husband and I felt the house shaking again. And yes, the doors were shaking as well. Are You a Human?

The Princess choose to sit by daddy, who can play games with her and not get airsick. (Plus, I am pregnant and even sicker!) A stranger, of course, sat next to me. To … [Read more...]

Visit Montreal–Biodome
In 1976, Montreal hosted the Olympics. {I like to tease my husband how long ago that was, since he was born that year!} The Olympic Park is now a great place for tourists to visit. In the Olympic Park is the Biodome de Montreal. The Biodome features 5 Ecosystems of the Americas. Though expensive {it cost us $35 for two adults and one child}, and small – the Biodome was the perfect family fun day to have with a 3 year old. The Tropical Rainforest, our favorite ecosystem to visit, was humid, and … [Read more...]
