sourceWe arrived safely on the East Coast in Baltimore, Maryland this week. After a non-stop flight from Seattle we landed to 90 degree weather at 9pm at night. Wow! Canoe Journey: Our Tribe is Hosting this Year!
Last year we enjoyed the annual Canoe Journey; though camping for over a week with a toddler was a little crazy. This year is a much shorter canoe pull for our family canoe - the Salmon Dancer. 4 days of travelling on the Salish Sea is doable. {Well, I was not paddling just driving A LOT.} Each night we came home, since we were close enough. A perfect day to play in the fountain at the Seattle Center is when it is 76 degrees in Seattle and no cloud in the sky. It does not get much better than this!
