Meet my sister-in-law Melanie. I have known her for 13 years and I can honestly say we are friends - good friends. She is a wonderful wife and mother to four great children. Three are boys that are all under the age of 8. I have blogged about her before when we first got "The News". You see this last November, Melanie had a seizure in her bed early one morning. Stage 2 Brain Tumor
While we are trying to finish last minute shopping today for Christmas (yes, we are that family who waits way too long!), I wanted to give everyone an update on our family. I mentioned before that my sister-in-law had a seizure Sunday before Thanksgiving which led to a CT and MRI that showed a brain tumor. After a long month of doctors, tests, medication and sleepless nights, she has been able to get it removed.
