Easy Guacamole Recipe
With very few days left to harvest these fresh garden tomatoes, I am incorporating tomatoes in any recipe I can like in an easy guacamole recipe. There are a few favorite recipes that I am eating while on Weight Watchers that taste great with guacamole. My mom has 2 apple trees in her backyard. Many years, these apples end up rotting on the ground. Not this year though.
